This is a space where I try to see things differently.
The moment I saw a Wong Kar Wai film I realized that every frame of a film was a painting. From that moment I wanted to paint,
I wanted to paint films.
Gertrudes Apartment, refers to the writer Gertrude Stein and the Literary Salon that she created in her living space. It became a haven for artists like Picasso and Hemmingway. I want this to be a space where I can experiment and explore like they did.
